| Description: | The year 2015 was a big year for e-cig regulations with state and local governments passing their own laws and restrictions while awaiting the final ruling of the FDA’s Deeming Regulations due out this spring. There is still quite a bit uncertainty regarding how the Deeming Regulations may affect the vaping industry. Guest speakers, Scott Ballin, Public Health Consultant, who has been involved with issues related to public health for the last 40 years , and Julie Woessner, Executive Director of CASAA, who has been involved in educating the public and increasing awareness about the benefits of harm reduction alternatives to smoking since 2009, will be shedding some light on the politics and science of electronic cigarettes and will provide vital information on what both businesses and consumers can do to help voice their opinions and protect their right to vape. There is no cost to attend this webinar series as it is intended for educational purposes to inform vapers of all varieties on the latest in e-cig news and regulations. We hope there will be something for everyone, from the serious mod hobbyist to the casual cig-a-like user to the brick-and-mortar vape shop owner. |
