| Description: | The Being Method Free Monthly Energy Alignment Teleclass In this free monthly teleclass, emotional intuitive and life coach, Tracy James shares The Being Method, a process she developed for increasing mind-body awareness, reducing stress, and releasing emotional and energy blockages. Each 90-minute call will offer different processes including energy and chakra alignments and other tools and resources to support you in living in alignment and harmony in your body and in your life. The intention for these calls is to offer you a supportive space to reconnect with the wisdom and power of your BEing and tools to practice being present in the NOW in your life. These 90-minute calls will include: - Discussion of that month’s topic - Guided meditative segment with energetic attunements to balance and align your to your mind and body - Live coaching and support from Tracy about ways to apply The Being Method to your life. The results you can expect from working with Tracy are reduced stress, increased mind-body connection, creativity, intuition, emotional release, clarity and chakra and energy balance. |
