What is the lawsuit, DRNJ et al. v. DOE, about? 2. What are the plaintiffs in the lawsuit seeking? 3. Will this lawsuit specifically affect current children in special education? 4. What is this FERPA notice with respect to this lawsuit? 5. What personal information about children receiving special education services are the Plaintiffs seeking? 6. Will children’s information be released publicly? 7. Will signing the form or not signing the form affect a child’s placement or their special education services? 8.
